Returns
The quality and delivery of your mug is 100% guaranteed or your money will be back.
All we ask is a photo of the problem mug before we refund you.
We will either refund you or send you a brand new product, depending on your preference.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition you received it, unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need your receipt or proof of purchase.
To initiate a return, you can contact us at Support@AliceMendoza.shop. If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label, along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned without a prior return request will not be accepted. You can always contact us at Support@AliceMendoza.shop with any return questions.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item so we can assess the problem and correct it.
Exceptions/Non-Returnable Items
Some types of merchandise cannot be returned, such as perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, or plants), customized items (e.g., special orders or personalized items), and personal care items (e.g., beauty products). We also do not accept returns on hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please contact us if you have any questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we do not accept returns on promotional items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you need is to return the item you have and once the return is accepted, purchase a new item separately.
Refunds:
Once we receive and review your return, we will notify you if your refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be automatically processed to your original payment method. Please note that it may also take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and credit your account.
