What if my mug is lost or damaged in the post?

We will happily refund or send you a replacement, depending on your preference

Do you accept returns?

All of our mugs are custom made for you, so we do not accept returns because your mug is special only to you. Even so, we will always replace or refund you if it is our own mistake.

Is your mug dishwasher and microwave safe?

How long will it take for my mug to ship?

Mug will ship within 1-4 days

How long does domestic shipping take?

- Domestic shipping takes an average of 3-5 business days to arrive.

How long does international shipping take?
